Fresh Wheels is a product owned and operated by Sezhix Private Limited (“Sezhix”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how Sezhix handles personal data when you visit freshwheels.in, contact us, request a demonstration, or use the Fresh Wheels driving-school management service (the “Service”).
1. Who controls your data
Sezhix Private Limited is the data controller/data fiduciary for information collected through this website and for account, billing and support information collected directly from customers. A driving school generally controls the student, instructor, employee and customer data it enters into the Service; for that information, Sezhix acts as its service provider or processor through the Fresh Wheels product.
2. Ownership of Fresh Wheels
Fresh Wheels, including its software, website, interfaces, branding, documentation, content, databases, workflows, designs and associated intellectual-property rights, is owned by Sezhix Private Limited or used by Sezhix under licence. This Privacy Policy describes data-handling practices only and does not grant any licence, ownership interest or other right in Fresh Wheels or Sezhix intellectual property.
3. Data we collect
- Contact and account data: name, email address, telephone number, school name, role, account credentials and communications.
- Subscription and transaction data: plan, invoices, payment status and related business records. Payment providers may process payment-card or banking details directly.
- Service data: information a customer enters about branches, students, instructors, staff, vehicles, schedules, attendance, payments and documents.
- Technical and security data: IP address, device/browser information, logs, timestamps and security events needed to operate and protect the Service.
- Optional analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location, referrer, device information and interactions collected through Google Analytics only after consent.
4. How we use data
- Provide, administer, secure and support the Service.
- Create accounts, authenticate users and process subscriptions.
- Respond to enquiries, demonstrations and support requests.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, troubleshoot and maintain logs.
- Comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Measure and improve the website when analytics consent is given.
- Send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications that can be opted out of.
5. Grounds for processing
Depending on the context and applicable law, we process data with consent, to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, to comply with law, and for legitimate uses such as security and service administration. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
6. When we share data
We may share data with vetted hosting, cloud infrastructure, communications, support, payment, security and analytics providers; with a customer organisation and its authorised users; with professional advisers; during a corporate transaction; or when required by law. Google Analytics receives analytics data only after acceptance. We do not sell personal data.
7. International processing
Providers may process data in India or other countries. Where required, we use contractual and organisational safeguards for cross-border transfers and follow applicable transfer restrictions.
8. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, the customer relationship, dispute resolution, security, backup cycles and legal or tax requirements. Retention varies by record type. Customer-controlled Service data is deleted or returned in accordance with the customer agreement, subject to backups and legal obligations.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers must protect credentials, assign access carefully and notify us of suspected unauthorised use.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction, completion or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate another person where permitted, or raise a grievance. If your data was supplied by a driving school, contact that school first; we will assist it as required. You may reject optional analytics through the consent banner and unsubscribe from marketing messages.
11. Children
The website is directed to businesses, not children. Driving schools may record learner information in the Service and are responsible for providing notices and obtaining parent or guardian consent where required. We do not knowingly use children’s data for targeted advertising.
12. Third-party links
Our pages may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
13. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Service or law. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
14. Contact and grievances
For privacy requests or grievances, email sales@freshwheels.in or call +91 96770 52515. Please use the subject “Privacy Request”. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
This policy should be reviewed alongside any customer agreement or data-processing terms applicable to your Fresh Wheels subscription.
